Abstract
This paper presents a multiobjective dynamic length genetic algorithm to solve the emergency logistic problem. When disasters occur, the emergency or rescuing centers must deliver relief materials as soon as possible within limited time periods. Given the disaster location, required supplies, the proposed method can generate optimal routing schedules with limited number of rescuing vehicles. Therefore, the whole rescuing process can be more efficiently and effectively.
