Abstract :
Ballast casualty often incurs severe sequence once takes place, such as abnormal operation,, personnel injury or even death accident , especially for lines below grade. Causality Analysis and Fault Tree analysis method is applied to research of personnel injury and death accident along the track. The socio-economic loss is calculated by detail analysis to treatment process to the accident. The technical point on ballast accident is proposed using the two methods. And the policy to the accident process will be forward linking with the foreign experience and trend abroad. The result shows that the proposed method can analyze the practical effect and provide reasonable suggestions.
