Abstract :
We have developed a new wattmeter based on digital sampling techniques. A unique feature of the system is the incorporation of the power source needed to feed the standard and device under test which greatly helps avoiding synchronisation problems. A bilateral comparison with SP in Sweden using a Pupin type travelling standard show good agreement between the results.
