Abstract
Summary form only given. We describe the fabrication of three-dimensional photonic crystal structures with sub-micron periodicity by holographic lithography. Photonic crystals made of polymer and of TiO/sub 2/ have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy and by optical diffraction measurements.
