Abstract
This work presents a randomized scheme for finding the global loops of structures containing handles and holes. The approach is based on subsequent applications of suitable projectors to a set of random vectors. The method is sensibly simpler than other approaches based on spanning trees and it will be useful in discretizing EFIEs and MFIEs on structures with genus greater than zero at low frequencies.
