Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. For the purpose of improving the performance of iodine stabilized He-Ne lasers at 633 nm, we are developing hybrid laser systems, which consist of a He-Ne laser and a visible diode laser. An accuracy of 10/sup -12/ level is aimed.
