Abstract
High data rates and high density challenge the limits of today´s designs and several problems need to be addressed. With increasing frequency, the crosstalk between adjacent signal lines increases due to coupling energy and interconnects have to be treated as transmission lines in the design phase. This paper proposes an overview for the crosstalk phenomenon and solutions for reducing its effects.
