  • Abstract
    This paper studies the robust H output feedback control problem for a class of uncertain networked control systems (NCSs) with long time-delay. Firstly, the NCS model with a random long time-delay is transformed into a discrete-time system model with uncertain parameters. And then, a sufficient condition for the solvability of the robust H dynamic output feedback control problem is proved and presented by a proper Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality. The systems under action of the given controller are robust and satisfy H performance. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
