Abstract :
An autoregressive (AR) modeling technique using orthogonal transformation to compute AR parameters is introduced. AR power spectra estimated using this approach exhibit less frequency bias, no line splitting, and better frequency resolution when compared to the Burg method. Computation of AR parameters by the new method is efficient and comparable to the Burg method
