Abstract :
We employed yoke wire for unique shape Magnetic Tunneling Junction (MTJ), which shows unique magnetic configuration to decrease the switching current, and investigated the effect of yoke wire on the operating window. Moreover, the reduction of cross-talk by using yoke wire is discussed.
