Abstract
The present note concerns robust H∞ performance for linear delay-differential systems which involve time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. Based on the Lyapunov functional, a simple criterion is proposed which assures the pseudo-quadratic stability as well as an H∞-norm bound. The criterion is in the form of linear matrix inequality with a number of free parameters. A short-hand criterion is also presented to save much of the computational burden
