Abstract :
Banner ads are the most common medium for advertising on the Internet. With the development of the Internet, which have been favored by many businesses as the timeliness and extensive in the dissemination of information. This study investigates recognition of banner ads online in an attempt to update the design guidelines that can be used by anyone interested in Internet advertising. It was hypothesized that banner ads would promote business online through stimulating consumer´s desire to purchase.
