Abstract :
WiMAX technology has the potential to provide broadband wireless Access to deliver different services, such as voice over IP, IPTV and internet access. Different services have different requirement (bandwidth, delay and jitter) on the network infrastructure. Deployment of flexible services and managing them efficiently with multi-vendor multi-technology infrastructure is a challenge to the operator. Policy based service provisioning system is proposed to provide different class of services which is scalable and technology agonistic.
