Abstract :
In this work, we investigate the exchange bias between DMS ZnCoO and IrMn. Epitaxial ZnCoO thin films were fabricated by using ion beam deposition (IBD). ZnCo0.07O films exhibited room-temperature ferromagnetic behavior and a large exchange bias field between ZnCo0.07O and IrMn was observed at 5K.
