Abstract :
This paper inspected the related theories of the software industry service system firstly, according to the components of the software industry service structure to compare the various methods on the aspects of service system and service methods etc. of cross strait, then advances some opinions and puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the software industry services in Haixi area.
