Abstract :
MnFe2O4 films were prepared using the alternating target laser ablation deposition (ATLAD) technique. Cation distribution of the samples was obtained using extended X-ray absorption fine structure analysis. The saturation magnetization and anisotropy fields of the samples were measured. Electronic properties and element selective magnetic information were obtained by means of magnetic circular dichroism and X-ray absorption spectroscopy.
