Abstract :
This paper realized structural analysis of rotating hook-lift garbage truck based on ADAMS/ANSYS. Firstly, software ADAMS was used to realize dynamic simulation of working process. In order to get curves of dynamic parameters of each component simultaneously, it took external loads and equilibrium of reaction forces of each part as checking conditions. Secondly, this research took the information got from ADAMS as boundary conditions of finite element analysis, and then finished precise intensity analysis. Based on different working cases this paper designed experiments to compare the results of analysis, it showed destroyed position was just the position of maximum stress in analysis results, which proved this analysis was right, moreover this analysis supplied technique instructions to realize optimization of dynamic properties of rotating hook-lift.
