Abstract :
Based on three-dimensional elastic contact boundary element method, bearing rollers are described as plate-units and placed on the inner race which is placed on mill roll, and outer race is placed on shaft block, therefore, the multi-body contact problem can be simplified to two bodies contact problem. Sub-elements and micro-elements are used to realize the discontinuous distribution of surface force on the contact elements of mill roller bearing. With the elements subdivided along the direction of the length of the roller, we can obtain the load distribution along the same direction, and then more accurate load distribution of mill roller bearing can be obtained.
