Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel motion controller for CNC to achieve the purpose of high-speed and high-accuracy motion control with modular design. Fuzzy PID with feedforward control strategy is employed to improve the whole system dynamic performance and control precision. A simulation experiment is made to show the validity of the strategy adopted, and another machining experiment to verify the overall performance of the whole control system.
