Abstract :
In extension of the study initiated in the work of Berian and Dragomir (2006), this paper presents modalities of use information regarding the health status of a population, available under the statistical data form, in order to develop mathematical models. The approach is organized around two concepts: the statistical individual and the synthetic individual. The state variable taken into account is the ten-year risk of a fatal cardiovascular disease, from the moment the certain parameters of the patient are measured. In this context, two complementary models are presented. The first model, a first order model, known from the work of Dragomir and Berian (2007), allows the introduction of the concept of time constant, the second, a second order model, has the advantage to be more accurate.
