Abstract :
Three different types of analog sense amplifiers (ASA) are presented that offer the precision needed for the storage of up to 6b/cell in standard NOR flash memories for embedded mass storage applications. Three test chips with 1 Mcells array have been integrated in a 3 V 0.5 μm common-ground double metal double poly standard NOR flash-EEPROM technology for embedded memory to validate the circuits
