Abstract :
According to the load characteristic of the DBD (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) type ozonizer, a high frequency power supply based on a closed-loop control strategy is presented in this paper. It is a kind of frequency tracing control based on the output current of the inverter. The features of the control strategy are analyzed. The advantage of the inverter based on the control strategy is of simple structure, small variation range of the working frequency and low switching losses. The experimental results are given in the end.
