Abstract :
The manipulator can be worked with the existing automatic egg grading equipments to complete the egg packing function, Air pressure driving is used in the system,the capture,handing,packing and other activities are achieved with the gripper for egg tray,sucker for egg tray and sucker for egg.The layput of the system and parts design are developed in Pro/E. The state of motion of gripper is analyzed in ADAMS platform,the pressure on egg when the system works in analyzed in ANSYS,compared with experimental results,the egg packing system is available.
