Abstract :
The modeling of the automatic transport systems with accumulation areas using the Petri nets starts from the remark that the using sub models are extremely useful in the case of modeling such complex systems. The aim of this paper is to establish a method for obtain a Petri net model for an automatic transport system with accumulation areas based on sub models. In this article, untimed Petri nets have been used for modeling, time being not a defining element for this kind of modeling.
