Title :
A performance analysis of MPSK TCM and a continuous ARQ protocol
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
The performance of 8-PSK, 16-PSK and 32-PSK TCM are examined in the AWGN, Rician fading and Rayleigh fading channels. The “pragmatic” approach to TCM is assumed. The performance is compared with that of uncoded QPSK, 8-PSK and 16-PSK, respectively. Initial results are also provided with respect to the overall performance improvement given a continuous automatic repeat request (ARQ) protocol
