Abstract :
Management of low-altitude space faces many problems, including safety monitoring, flight information service, operation of ATM (Air Traffic Management) and so on. Because of its opening, new ATM technologies must be taken to solve these problems and thus to improve the safety and efficiency in using the low-altitude space resource. For this purpose, this paper describes in detail the problems of low-altitude space management, analyzes new technologies for solving various problems.
