  • Abstract
    Blade repair is one of the overhaul of major aircraft engines. The domestic research and development in the field of automatic special welding equipment for repairing of the engine blades is still blank. Domestic independent manufacturing of automatic equipment for blade repair is premised on the following key-technique which should be attacked: the accurate three-dimensional measurement of blade, accurate three-dimensional reconstruction of missing parts of blades, clean spatter free welding, etc. The research methods and solutions of the three key-techniques are proposed.
