Abstract :
We report on precision measurements of the quantum Hall resistance (QHR) in Center for Measurement Standards (CMS) for primary resistance standard establishment. The standard reproduces points of R/sub H/(i=2) and R/sub H/(i=4) with relative uncertainties, given as one-standard-deviation estimates, of 6/spl times/10/sup -9/.
