Abstract
In view of the growing demand of the third party logistics and the just in time social background, put forward the electronic commerce operation mode of the third party logistics distribution center, designed four electronic commerce system functions which are be oriented towards business clients, social logistics resources, customer and government under this mode for the third party logistics, and analyzed system function modules from the basic business system, decision support system and customer management system, and discussed the modern logistics technology which can complete distribution process under the electronic commerce system. Finally summed up the significance of the electronic commerce logistics operation mode for the small and medium sized third party logistics distribution center.
