Abstract :
An information system for the individual care management was proposed in this paper, which is an embedded physiological data acquisition system based on ATMEL9260 utilizing the combination of wearable physiological detecting technology, sensor technology, electronic technology and network technology. It realized continues and long-term detection of physiological data, contributing to real-time monitoring of patients and remote consultation.
