Use the Periodic Four-State Hopping Model to Research Mechanism of Ammonia Transport

Abstract :
By the crystal structure of Amt which the resolution is 1.35 angstrom, we build the periodic four-state hopping model, and use Master-Equation to research mechanism of ammonia transport for the first time. The results show that the current as a function of the time in the channel accords with experimental results, probability which the ions occupy the four state in the channel is changed with ammonium ion concentration of the outside of the channel.
