Abstract :
In the present work we shall see the authors methods for the estimation /prognosis/ of the frost danger of season freezing soil base and its developments. Prof. Karlov V.D. has given two techniques (experimental and theoretical) to predicting the value of frost heave deformation of the freezing soils in the base. The future development of this techniques made by Doctors (Ph.D) Batkhuyag B. and Binderya Z. by the results of indoor in Russian and field in Mongolian country investigations at conditions of the deeply freezing soils and the freezing soil base including or without sandy cushion under the shallow foundation.
