The Teaching of Specialized Course for College Students to Improve the Capabilities of Obtaining Employment - A Case Study of Health Education Course

Through analyzing the current situation of university students´ employment with major in nursing and conducting a research into the main factors that influence the students´ employment, this paper finds that besides the factors in terms of social context, policy and idea aspect, and low employment capability of students is the major reason affecting employment rate. The effective way to improve the university students´ employment capability is to embed the employment capability education into the teaching process in order to raise the employment capability. The significant attempt has been made in the teaching process of Health Education.
