Abstract :
The paper describes an open solution for interconnecting petrol station devices called EPSI (European Petrol Station interface). It is an application of the Measurement bus already running on a lot of petrol stations. Several well known international communication standards are used. The system is easy to understand and easy to implement. The advantages of EPSI for manufacturers and users and the technical characteristics of the Measurement bus (benefits, performance) are shown
