  • Abstract
    Channel coding takes a primordial role in a transmission line when it protects data against noise and deterioration brought by the communication channel. This contribution describes the design of a digital VLSI circuit than can decode and correct errors generated during transmission. This circuit uses convolutional coding and VITERBI algorithm decoding. The algorithm used is the most powerful methods of information decoding.
