The financial crisis which brought by the United States subprime crisis influence all around the world and do great harm to the global economy. As a result, the unemployment rates have rocketed obviously. The problem of unemployment for 2010 graduates is much severer. It is much more difficult for medical school students hunting jobs which were a concrete representation of our present social problem. The traditional ways of employment become narrower and narrower while the employment difficulty becomes much harder. But on the other hand, the new medical reform program has brought new opportunities for medical school students.
