Abstract
In this paper, we deal with partnerships that agents who differ in production skills and abilities form and examine the resulting partnership structure from the viewpoints of stability and efficiency. To implement restrictions on partner selection, change of the number of production skills, and variations in the environment, we employ an artificial social model and perform the agent-based simulations for analyzing the partnership structure.
