  • Abstract
The forecast of power consumption and loading to serve the major purpose in commercial relations of regional systems with the wholesale power market. The great number of casual and uncertain factors influences to power consumption and predict closely it is impossible. The submitted results allow formulating conditions of trading-monetary relations in the power market for the year-month period. The received results prove necessity of the account of the sizes of risks and errors of models and forecasts. It defines opportunities over a long period of time agreements with Federal Wholesale Market of the power and loading. Forecasting statistical models of power systems loading graph, based on the data statistical analysis and use of regressive models for communication of the parameters describing loading graph are developed. By the example of frequency system influence there are errors that cause change of loading it is rendered.
