Abstract
Power supply reliability (rate) directly reflects the capability of a network in supplying power to its customers. Through reliability analysis, it is possible to locate major factors in links of power generation, transmission and distribution that affect the reliability of power supply and to put forward measures for improvement. This paper makes an analysis of the reliability of the urban power supply of the Shandong power network, China, in 1995
