Abstract :
A new system for the measurement of the voltage dependence of range resistors for high voltage AC-DC thermal converters, which uses high voltage capacitors as reference, has been set up. Preliminary results of the comparison between range resistors and commercial capacitors are reported and the design of specific high voltage capacitors is described.
