Restructuring of power industry and cost effective maintenance

Imperfection of a system of maintenance and service and repairs of power objects is referred to as one of the most urgent problems of the world power industry, and at the present stage restructuring of the Russian power industry and its development can be considered as the key problem. During the development of the general concepts of constructing an adaptive SMRS, it is necessary to solve the some interconnected problems of strategic, tactical and current types. In the report approaches to their solutions are offered and variants of appropriate models are constructed and investigated.
