Abstract :
The paper starts with analysis of the successful experience in Japan, analyzes briefly the present condition of general education of our country through the discussion of the characteristics of the talents of 21 century. The meaning of the general education is put forward: take professional knowledge as foundation, educate the students with wide visual field and synthesis judgment ability to actual society, and make student obtaining knowledge and skills of the common needs for interdisciplinary.
