Abstract :
In cold climatic conditions it is impossible to imagine life without a thermal house. In Mongolia 72 percent of all population live at private houses and gers. There are 82 thousand families in Ulaanbaatar, 16.1 thousand families in Darkhan, 11.3 families in Sukhbaatar live in houses and gers. But most of houses did not built by basic standard and have higher heat loss and higher rate of fuel consumption. The researches have shown that the majority of houses have high thermal loss and consume a lot of fuel. Therefore, it is important to construct houses with low heat loss, economic and small influences on an environment.
