Abstract :
This paper presents a novel 1.5 V BiCMOS logic structure (BiCDMOS), in which N-channel depleted MOS transistor (NDMOS) is employed. This does not make the standard BiCMOS technology more difficult. In the BiCDMOS circuit, NDMOS transistor is used and it makes the design more flexible, with less area, and it shortens the path from the input to the output to improve the operation speed
