The Methods of Course Teaching Based on the Ability Demand and Their Application Study in Education in Holding a Post

This paper, on the CBE theories and methods for Chinese education of military academies positions teaching method is discussed, and put forward based on the demand of "teaching" ability. The teaching method, the demand for the post office is main by post demand for the ability to determine teaching plan and teaching content. To change the traditional teaching in schools of discipline and the method for education, avoid the actual demand of the army posts from existing problems, This teaching method in each and every specific jobs for different training classes and office, issue of different people and different jobs, adoption of learning packages or module, study plan, which fully embodies the multiple posts, improve their learning efficiency, to overcome the drawback of the wrong in training.
