Abstract :
In view of global warming, the results of which are becoming more and more evident, a modern society is greatly concerned. about such energy consuming field as cement manufacturing, since it is one of the most considerable source of hazardous impact on environment (great CO2 - emissions, energy consumption, exhaustion of natural resources). The paper analyzes current ecological situation in the cement industry in connection with environmental regulations and discusses the related problems from the ecological point of view.
