  • Abstract
    A method for finding the reduced order circuit models (ROM) of RC one-port devices is presented. These ROMs have a minimum number of circuit elements and their frequency characteristics can be matched perfectly to those of the modeled device. The frequency characteristic of an interdigital capacitor is matched up perfectly with that of its ROM and two ROMs are developed for the human body whose frequency characteristic is measured with errors.
