  • Abstract
Vibration signal analysis is an effective and important method to research the state of diesel engine. But, utilizing signal feature to diagnose fault of diesel engine is a hard work. This paper took the fuel cut-off fault of WD615 as example, it selected the vibration signal of diesel engine in normal station and fuel cut-off fault station, and calculated the vibration intensity values of signal. After comparing normal values with fault values, the vibration intensity values of each cylinder increased obviously while the fault happen. The result verifies that vibration intensity is an index, vibration intensity can estimate fuel supply system station of diesel engine.
