  • Abstract
    This article introduced loom monitoring system with high reliability and easy maintainability. In order to improve the system´s reliability and easy maintainability, this system uses redundancy structure with dual bus and dual regional processor to improve system reliability, the anti-jamming design measures to improve the reliability of system hardware, and software design technology to achieve the self-diagnosis of system, the automatic load of working parameters and automatic shielding and recovery of loom interface fault. The article details the system´s architecture, hardware design, and the implementation method of the self-diagnosis, the automatic load of working parameters, and automatic shielding and recovery of loom interface fault.
