Abstract
The rising dynamic of the international markets leads to a rethinking concerning the existing production processes. More flexible solutions with a high efficiency have to be implemented. The main problem is to choose out of many possibilities the best approach which has the lowest resource requirements for the restructuring or implementation and fits optimal to the enterprise´s requirements. Therefore this paper presents a methodology to consider the logistics requirements and gives a short insight to find out the best way to analyze, plan, implement and control intra-logistics.
